Pay the incorporation fee upfront ($750 for C-Corp or $400 for LLC), plus the Delaware state fee and your first-year compliance package. Open your Aspire account using Stellar's dedicated partner link, deposit a minimum $2,000, and maintain that balance for 60 consecutive days — Stellar will then refund the refundable portion of your formation fee (~$570 for C-Corp, ~$220 for LLC).
Our Annual Compliance package ($300 for the first year) keeps your company in good standing with Delaware. It's required for all U.S. companies — and it's built into this offer so nothing falls through the cracks.
